Are the tools covered by a warranty?
Yes. Straight Ahead hair tools carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, for the life of the product model, and Le Chic hair tools carry a limited lifetime warranty. Register your tool with the brand, ideally within 14 days of purchase, and keep your receipt. Silvia can help if you have a question about registering or a warranty claim.
